As a native New Yorker, I cannot believe that my very first visit to Lake George was this year for Rachel and Adam's wedding at Wiawaka Holiday House. I have to say that it was love at first sight and I'm totally obsessed with Lake George!! The happy couple had the best weather for their three-day wedding celebration and I'm so honored I was there to capture all their happy moments! Rachel looked absolutely radiant in her Sarah Seven wedding dress and Carol Hannah Tulle Skirt. She added it for a bit more flair and fun for their actual ceremony. Adam was in complete awe of his bride-to-be during their first look which was so sweet!
Love is on Lake George showed up during the couples portraits to take us for a quick boat ride along Lake George before their sunset ceremony began. It was truly magical when the Minna Ha Ha pumped it horn and wished the happy couple congratulations during their vows! The Bride is from New Orleans so they added a bit of southern charm to their wedding with Hudson Horns brass band during cocktail hour and a Second Line up the mountain to their reception tent.
Before the couples cake cutting, a fireworks show was held across the lake for everyone's enjoyment. It was a surprise show for everyone!! Katie O. Weddings & Events did an amazing job coordinating their wedding and keeping everything on time. I was completely obsessed with Ink Revival's wedding invitations and Olive & June's Floral Co. wedding bouquet and arrangements for Rachel and Adam's wedding day. It was a wonderful weekend for the perfect couple and I'm so honored to have been there for them!I have been waiting MONTHS to share Rachel and Adam's gorgeous wedding at Lake George because it was just featured on BRIDES!! Congratulations to the happy couple!! xo
