A Central Park Elopement and Wythe Hotel Wedding

As the sky opened and the rain began pour down in Sydney, Phoebe ran into a bar for cover unknowing that her soon-to-be-husband Luke was sitting at the counter staying out of the rain himself. After a few cocktails and getting to know each other, this would soon become their very first date which would lead up to Luke's proposal a few years later. The Australian couple decided to have an intimate destination wedding in New York City. They invited eleven of their closest family and friends to join them in Central Park and witness them become husband and wife. Phoebe looked absolutely radiant in her white lace cocktail dress and crystal encrusted headpiece from Dolce and Gabbana.

As they held hands, exchanged rings and officially became Mr. and Mrs., there was not a dry eye in the park. Phoebe and Luke surprised their guests, who traveled from Australia, with breathtaking views of NYC on the rooftop of their private reception at Wythe Hotel in Brooklyn. As the summer sunset began to set across the east river, the newlyweds toasted their new marriage with a freshly popped bottle of champagne (champs if you're an aussie ;). I absolutely love small, intimate and romantic weddings and truly enjoyed being part of Phoebe and Luke's gorgeous wedding day. Cheers to the happy couple! xo
