After our super fun photo session, when will I get to see my photos?
You will receive an email to view your private online gallery within 30 days after our photo session.

 

How long are my photos available online?

Wedding galleries are online for 90 days and engagement sessions are 30 days.

 

After I've selected my favorites, when will I receive my final images?

Once your images are ready, you'll be notified via email that your disk is being mailed to you within 90 days.

 

When I get my final images, can I use them the way I want?
When you sign the web/print waiver, you will have the rights to reproduce in print (ie. greeting cards, thank you notes, stationary) and/or electronic form (ie. blogs, facebook, tumblr) for personal use only. You are not permitted to sell the images or pass them off as your own.

Do you print our photos?
Currently, I do not make prints but you can order prints directly from your online gallery! There are plenty of sizes, papers, gallery wraps to choose from at any price range. Oh, and our printers are great!

What if I lose my DVD and my images are no longer online? How long do you archive my images?
I archive all final images for up to a year from your completion date. I strongly recommend backing up your images to a backup drive, thumb drive or somewhere in the Cloud. If it's within the year, you can order a replacement DVD for $50.00.

 

What kind of albums do you use?

I custom design each album with KISS wedding albums. They are simple, timeless and forever classic. They will never go out of style which is exactly why I love them!

I’d like to change outfits during our session, is that possible?

Yes, of course! You can change as many times as our session allows but we’ll just have to find a phone booth so you can do a quick superman style change if we're on location!

 

I'd like to give a friend a photo session as a gift. Do you have gift certificates?

Sure do! Just email me at [email protected] and I can put together a customized photo session package to give to your lucky friend!

 

What kind of camera equipment do you use?

I use my trusty Nikon for all my digital photography. As for my polaroid’s, I use either my beloved SX-70 or Spectra camera’s.

 

Our venue requires all vendors to have insurance. Do you have event insurance?

Yes! I have a 1 million dollar liability policy through Hill & Usher.

 

We're having a destination wedding, do you travel?

Absolutely! I love to travel and my passport is ready to go. Upstate, Out-of-State, Long Island to Rhode Island, just send me an email and let's figure it out. Travel fees will apply for locations out of NYC metro area.

 

Do you take polaroids as well?
I’m never far from my trusty polaroid cameras and they come with me wherever I go.

 

How do I book my session?

a 50% retainer fee along with your signed session / wedding agreement is required to book the date. the remaining 50% is due 14 days prior to your date. All deposits are non-refundable.

 

What type of payment do you accept?

I accept payment via paypal (3% processing fee will be applied), cash or check. Credit Cards can also be used but must be processed in person to avoid addtional fees. *please note* a $50.00 processing fee will be applied checks returned for insufficient funds.

 

What if I have to reschedule or cancel my photo session?

I understand that things happen so if you need to reschedule a photo session, please let me know 48 hours in advance. Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance will incur a 25% rescheduling fee from the total package cost and must be rescheduled within 90 days of the original date. All deposits are non-refundable.

All final images are selected and edited at the photographer’s discretion. I reserve the right to edit and release only those images deemed within Brklyn View Photography’s artistic standards.
