For their engagement session, Megan and Dave wanted to catch the last of the cherry blossoms before all the pretty pink petals disappeared for another year. We met just before the sun was up in New York City's Central Park to capture their stunning engagement photos. It was worth the early wake up call because it down poured later that evening and all the blooms were gone by the morning. Talk about perfect timing!
From the very first moment I met Megan and Dave, I knew we were going to be a perfect match and I was so happy when they chose me to be their wedding photographer. I cannot wait till their wedding later this year at Gurney's Montauk Yacht Club. It's going to be an incredible celebration of love, laughter and true happiness! xo
I'm so excited to share a few of my favorite images from Meredith and Tyler's West Village Engagement Session in New York City. We took full advantage of their apartment buildings amazing rooftop views before walking around some of their favorite streets in the West Village. How amazing are those ivy walls?! I cannot wait for their wedding in a few short weeks at The Bridgehampton Tennis & Surf Club in the Hamptons. It's going to be absolutely gorgeous!! xo
I absolutely love when I'm asked to collaborate on a styled shoot. and I'm so thrilled that our Ice Cream Social "She Got Scooped Up" bridal shower inspiration shoot was featured on Ruffled - Hooray! xo

In the beginning of the year, I expanded the color availability options for the gorgeous, handcrafted and custom designed, heirloom wedding albums I offer to my wonderful couples. There are now six color options to choose including: Coal (black), Naval Blue (Navy), Gunmetal (Grey), Maple (Brown), Crema (Light Cream) and Winter White. I wanted to give my brides and grooms a few more color selections to choose from but still keep the process simple. I absolutely love when my wonderful couples decide to include a heirloom wedding albums in their wedding collections. They come in white keepsake boxes and truly are your first family heirloom. Each time a new color comes in, I get so excited! Love!

Wandering the beautiful streets of Brooklyn Heights you can get lost among its beauty. The iconic neighborhood is filled with timeless brownstones, historic carriage houses and enough charm to last a lifetime. It was the perfect location for Meg and Charles spring engagement session. This timeless couple loves to travel and enjoy the sweeter things in life together. They met through mutual friends at a concert and have been together ever since. Charles is wearing is "Nantucket Reds" in honor of their favorite island, Nantucket, which is where the happy couple is getting married later this year! I cannot wait to be part of their wedding day and thrilled to share a few of my favorite photos from their brooklyn engagement session. Enjoy!
One night during a cocktail party at a mutual friends house, Peter was introduced to Esther. He was head over heels with Esther. After a few weeks of getting to know one another, photos began to appear on facebook of them together. So, it was official, they were a couple! For their engagement session, we visited New York City's iconic West Village before heading up to Central Park. Even though it was a crowded summer morning, we managed to find a few hidden spots all to ourselves. I love capturing the sweet in-between moments these two share, a single glance, a small smile and all the happiness that shines through. Oh, and I absolutely love Esther's impeccable style which is why she works in the fashion industry. Wait till you see her custom designed wedding dress!
The clouds parted just in time to let the sun peek through for Ashley & Jon's engagement session at Brooklyn Bridge Park where for a few minutes, we had the pier all to ourselves. Not a tourist in site! Ashley's gorgeous red eyelet dress brings a vibrant pop of color to the overcast palette of the day. The love shared between Ashley & Jon shines through in each and every photo. I am thrilled to be photographing their wedding at 501 Union and honored to be part of their love story! xo
