There is something so wonderful about hosting a small intimate wedding to celebrate your marriage. Esther and Peter decided to get married at City Hall and have a private wedding reception at The Farm on Adderley located in Brooklyn. Their loving families flew in from Korea to be with them on their wedding day. After their ceremony, we visited the Brooklyn Bridge and Dumbo for their bridal portraits before making our way over to their party at Adderley. A small group of their best friends and closest family members were awaiting their arrival.
As part of the heritage tradition, Esther and Peter read their wedding vows among their guests. It was so sweet to hear how much they love and cherish each other. As the bride was planning her trip from afar, she enlisted Lindsey Brunk as her wedding stylists to help bring her vision to life. Esther designed her own wedding dress, wore a flower crown and held a bright bouquet of peach and red flowers. Fourteen-Forty created custom calligraphy escort cards and Lael Cakes baked the most beautiful (and delicious) red velvet wedding cake. Guests were treated to delicious macaron favors that coordinated with their wedding colors. Esther and Peter are the kindest, sweetest and most generous couple I've had the pleasure of photographing. It was such an honor to be part of their engagement and capture their wedding day. I wish them a lifetime of love and happiness! xo, Jainé
